• The counselling aims at providing emotional, thinking, life style management including sleep, overcoming thinking. The counselling sessions also aim at retirement planning.
• We also provide Caregiver counselling like spouse, parent, or family member to better manage themselves. The sessions aim at providing effective tips and techniques to manage care of elderly having mania, depression, dementia, Parkinson etc. This includes activities planning & execution, effective communication, behaviour modification to improve quality of life.
